About Nutty Guys

Nutty Guys, Inc. was started by two college roommates in 1999. Nate Murray and Dennis Graves originally started by travelling to Idaho, picking potatos from a local farm, then returning and selling the spuds door-to-door in Utah. Migrating to fresh produce and other food products, Nate and Dennis settled on a customer favorite: nuts. With a concentration on freshness, quality, and thriftiness, Nutty Guys, Inc. started expanding into local markets, nationally, and then internationally.

Nutty Guys does all its roasting in-house and makes its own nut butters. It also offers a variety of premium & unique trail mixes of its own recipes. It makes and coats items with a variety of toppings and flavors such as: chocolate, yogurt, butter toffee, cinnamon toffee, and more. Nutty Guys also strives to constantly create and test new products and ideas.

Nutty Guys also has complete dedication to its products and customers. A customer once ordered pistachios, but only shelled pistachios were available. Dennis Graves remembers ordering them and while watching television, shelling the pistachios for hours in order to satisfy a customer. Nutty Guys also avoids keeping large amounts of stock on hand. Employees are literally coating the chocolate on the chocolate covered almonds on Monday and sending it to stores on Friday. Utilizing direct store delivery, Nutty Guys is in the store weekly or as often as necessary. Keeping only a few bags of product on the shelves in stores and restocking them often allows for a quicker turnaround and places fresher product in stores.
